MGTP 5781 Business Law I is now MGT 5781 and has been moved from the prerequisite area to the core area as of 201120 term.

ACT 5799 Contemporary Issues in Accounting Seminar was added to the core area to replace the course mentioned above.

The area on the curriculum sheet called "substitution options" is for students that have taken for example MGT 5782 Business Law II or TXX 5761, TXX 5762 ect… in their UG program. Additional questions should be referred to MACC/TAX program office.

MGT 5781 will be offered for the last time in Summer 2010. Any student who does not take it at this time will have to take another elective in its place. For CPA purposes, if the student still needs Business Law 1, they will be able to take the prereq MGTP 5781 and graduate with the additional hours.

Students who require MGT 5781 but who have completed MGTP 5781 will have an additional elective to take to complete 40 graduate hours in order to have the degree conferred.
