When requesting a change of grade (COG) please remember to provide the appropriate information in the body of the email to the Administrative Assistant of UG program office. Include in the email the following:
- Name
- ID #
- CRN
- Course Number
- Subject
- Term
- Original grade
- New grade
- Reason of change
