Commencement Codes

ACTIVE

Effective Start Date:05/20/2010 End Date:Current

The Office of the Registrar's will assign a student a number based on the stage within the commencement process the student is in.

  • 0 code means student was added to the list to receive a mailing
  • 101 code means a label had been generated for the first mailing. This can be anywhere. For example as in the mail box or in the USPS hands on its way to the student’s mail box.
  • 150 code means participation form has been returned by the student.
  • 175 means the student’s packet was returned due to a bad mailing address. Please contact these students.
  • 201 means they were sent a second mailing (part 2 of the packet). This is not time sensitive and includes information such as the event, how to dress, announcements and other advertisements.
  • 9901 students are students I am looking into. These students for some reason are being rejected when I try to invite them and will not be given a packet until I have corrected this issue and they are changed to a 101 code.

If you see a student with a 101 or 0 code, please inform your students who are inquiring that they can pick up their materials by visiting the registrar’s office.
