Computing Technology Services (CTS) and Services for Students

CTS/Helpdesk cannot assist students with personal computer problems such as:

• I can’t get my printer to work
• My DVD burner is not working
• My monitor is not displaying anything
• etc.

CTS/Helpdesk will provide assistance that pertains to academic technical support. This includes:

• WebCT
• Webstar
• Portal
• etc.
