Email Attachment Difficulties

Email signatures containing the Shark Icon have been linked to students having trouble receiving attachments via their Webmail accounts due to some sort of update. Trevor informed me that by removing the icon or starting with a fresh signature that does not contain the Shark Icon should allow students to open the attachments sent to them. I have tested this out with some of my students who were unable to open up attachments before and it has worked. Please remove the icon when sending attachments to your students so that they may be able to open the document sent to them.
