Grade Letter Request

If a student needs to provide grades to their employer in order to pay NSU and the check is coming to NSU, they need to provide proof (Copy of the HR Tuition Reimbursement Policy.) and where the grades are to be sent and we will send a transcript to their employer. A $5 transcript charge will be applied to the student account.

However, if it is a true Employee Reimbursement program where the student is to pay us and then the company reimburses the student, the student will have to pay to clear their account and then get a transcript. Sometimes if the student uses a credit card they can get reimbursed before the credit card bill comes.
