LDA: Last Day of Activity/Attendance

When a student submits a drop form (via HSPortal or a STF) the date the form is submitted is considered their last day of activity in their academic program of study. The last day of attendance is only needed when the student indicates that they did not attend the class or if the student is submitting an appeal in which the last day of attendance is needed in the event that a drop or withdrawal needs to be processed.
