Dear Leadership Students, The Program Office wishes to review important information regarding your program. Please read this message carefully and completely, as it may affect each of you in different ways. The Situational Leadership Practicum, LED 5695 is traditionally offered once a year in the spring term. As is customary, it will be offered in Ft. Lauderdale during the week of May 10- 13, 2010. Prerequisites for this course include LED 5630 and LED 5660. Students may take LED 5660 in the spring concurrently with LED 5695. Please plan your winter and spring registration carefully in order to be eligible to register for LED 5695 in the spring. This year the Huizenga School will also make LED 5695 available to students in the summer term, during the week of July 12-16, 2010. This offering of the course will take place in Escondido, California at the Center for Leadership Studies. Students interested in this option should be aware that in addition to tuition and fees, they would be solely responsible for all costs related to traveling to California. These costs would include transportation to, from, and within California, hotel room, and meals. Students in the Master of Science in Leadership program interested in continuing on with a second degree or a certificate should be aware you MUST complete your Leadership degree and be conferred before you can go on to either a certificate or another degree program.
