Processing Drop Request: Master's Student Failure of ACTP 5711

When processing the drop request for students sitting in online classes who have not passed ACTP 5711 the student should be dropped with the use of the “XD” code as the term has already started. You will not need to check with the program office regarding the last day of attendance to process the drops for the online classes.
The exception to this rule is ACTP 5712. Students who were enrolled in ACTP 5712 will need to be “WD” from the course as it is treated as a workshop as it does not run the full duration of a term.
