Schedule Adjustments with Bursar's Holds

If a student has a Bursar’s hold and wants to make adjustments to his/her schedule, the following practice will apply:

1.Drops will be approved. The bursar’s hold will be overridden

2.Drop/adds will not be approved until the debt is resolved. Exceptions may be considered if the drop would result in part time status and potential loss of financial aid. Ask management for approval.

3. Adds or additional registrations will not be approved until the debt is resolved.

Exceptions can be reviewed, but only with evidence that the student will be able to pay the debt with incoming funds. Please consult with a manager.
