Submission of SHADEGR Form

SHADEGR forms should be submitted to the following advisors:
- Robin Rose - Undergraduate Student Educational Center
- Frank Majnerich - Undergarduate Main Campus
- Jason Barshay - Graduate Student Educational Center
- Sarah Vielot-Pierrre - Graduate Student Main Campus
SHADEGR forms should be submitted through out the term however if it is being submitted for conferral purposes ther form must be submitted by the 25th of each month. Please make sure these forms are accurate; if you have questions about what should be included or excluded, please seek clarification prior to submission.
