Submission of Student Transaction Forms to One Stop Shop

Elaine Poff has requested that, whenever an Student Transaction Form (STF) is submitted to the One Stop Shop for processing, that you write your extension next to your signature on the STF. This will help them expedite processing, especially in cases where they need to contact you for clarification.
