Using Personal Laptops

In an effort to comply with the universities computer usage policy, some employees have chosen to bring in personal laptops. Acceptable uses of personal laptops include doing homework at lunch or after work hours, listening to music while working, or accessing the internet for personal use on personal time. Unacceptable uses of personal laptops include checking personal email throughout the day, doing homework, paying bills, or conducting personal business during work hours. While this is not a violation of the computer use policy, it is a violation of NSU employee policies and procedures. More information can be found in the University Employee Policy Manual
