Utilizing the Online Student Appointment Scheduler

Due to pending program codes the online appointment scheduler is temporarily disabled. All appointments will need to be scheduled by the front desk via Outlook.

To schedule an appointment for a student with the use of the online appointment scheduler you will need to log into the HSPortal.
Once logged in locate your Advising Module and select the Advising Calender Administration link
When the page has loaded fill in the requested information
In the event that you need to schedule an appointment for the student with a different advisor select from the drop down list and choose a different advisor. To book an appointment select on an available time slot.
