In an effort to ensure accuracy in student records, we will be implementing a quality control process for changing student records. Each time you change a record you need to forward those changes to Robin Trezza for verification. Just fill out the required form and email it to Robin. She will help oversee the process and provide assistance to anyone who is not sure how to change records in the appropriate manner.

The best way to ensure accuracy of students’ records is to check them every time you work with a student. Please get in the habit of pulling up SFAREGS and checking the “curricula” screen to make sure everything is in order. You can have it in front of you as you are talking with a student, reading an email, doing a drop, etc.
