Students who are involved in co-curricular activities (ex. Club memberships, volunteerism, etc.) may have up to 7 activities added to the bottom of their academic transcripts. Students should submit the Co-Curricular Particiaption Form and submit it to the Registrar's Office. If they need to fax the form, they should fax it to x3537 attn: Tay.
