BP = 2B probation
CQ = Continued Probation-2B Policy
A1 = 2B suspension
R1 = Reinstated on 2B probation
GP = GPA Probation
CB = Continued GPA Probation
A2 = GPA Suspension
R2 = Reinstated on GPA probation
A3 = Academic Misconduct
A4 = Academic Misconduct/GPA Probation
A5 = Academic Misconduct/Grade Probation
A6 = Academic Misconduct/Off Probation
DA = Academic Dismissal
Continued Probation Codes CB for GPA Continued Probation

You may notice these codes when going to SHATERM under the academic standing box, or when looking in SFAREGS> student term tab: academic standing box.
These codes will also reflect when using the GPA and 2B probation reports located in the HS PORTAL.
