Please discontinue updating student accounts with the B819 field of study and the CERT 30 program code until further notice. For those students who are currently coded as HRD with the CERT30 program code, these students will be converted to the HRM certificate until we are notified that we can use the HRD code with the CERT30 program code.
An additional tab has been added to the MBA Students Concentration Sheet for any student wishing to declare the HRD certificate.
As you work with students who are declaring a certificate program for the winter term forward please be sure to update the record with the CERT 30 program code. The certificate field of study codes are as follows:

To track these students extra tabs have been added to the MBA Students Concentration Tracking List. Please add the names of any students who have indicated that they are pursuing a certificate to either of these programs.
There has been a new spreadsheet added to the Data Cleanup & Maintenance folder to assist with tracking of the MBA concentrations. The document is called MBA Students Concentration Tracking List and it is a comprehensive list of all students admitted for the 201120 – 201220 terms as of 1pm on Friday October 15, 2010.
The document has been updated per the information that you provided from the original 201120 outreach sheet. The spreadsheets are designed to allow you to update the start term or the change of program term for students, for example if a student was admitted for the 201120 term and is deferring to the 201130 term you may now cut and paste the students’ information to the appropriate sheet in the tracking workbook. In addition if you have been in communication with a current student who has changed their program of student you may now add the student to the respective term so that when codes become available we will not miss any students.
Please discontinue updating the 201120 MBA Outreach spread sheet from this point forward.
