If you have reserved the conference room but cancel your meeting, please notify the Assistant to the Director of Academic Advising or the Assistant to the Director of Recruitment and Admissions as early as possible.
Additionally, please try to avoid scheduling the room for recurring meetings; rather, schedule it one week in advance for multiple sessions if possible.
In the event that you need to reserve our conference room (1078) or a classroom please send the request to the Assistant to the Director of Academic Advising via email. The subject line should be, “ Conference Room Request”. The email should include:
