In order to correct the coding of courses that have been transferred into NSU (i.e. NOVA 9999 should be changed to HUMN 1999) a CAPP Nova Transfer Course Correction Form will need to be completed and sent to the Coordinator of Curriculum, Advising & Program Planning.
The Coordinator of Curriculum, Advising & Program Planning will process the form so that the courses will fall into the appropriate categories within the CAPP report.
Advisors are to use the updated curriculum adjustment form supplied by the Office of the Registrar’s for processing curriculum adjustment request. New features:
For example: for requests to extend a program year limit, the Requirement field should indicate the current year limit for the program and the Exception field should indicate the number of years that should be allowed instead.
