Sherla: student complaints, requests to change advisor, escalated student issues, capstone requests, at-risk student intervention, problem solving
Laurie: vacation requests, Banner specific issues (coding, records, etc)
Sue: backup for all the above, collaboration with difficult student issues and problems, de-escalation of student issues
