Processing Campus Change

When a student declares his or her intent to change campuses the current assigned advisor will update the student's record by completing the task below:
- Update student record via SFAREGS for the next term if current term is in process, if term has not started then the update will be processed (to ensure report data is not negatively impacted)
- Update SGASADD with appropriate cohort code
- Email deqc to update SHADEGR if necessary
- Submit a SHADEGR form if needed
- Move updated curriculum sheet to appropriate location on shared drive
- Email Sabrina Durand Clerical Assistant III, a request to update SGAADVR
- Notify new advisor of any outstanding/pending issues (i.e. REPs) for student
