Processing Transfer Credits: Master's

To complete the transfer of credit review process for master’s level students a transfer of credit (TOC) form and a copy of a course description or syllabus must be submitted to the Assistant Dean for review. Once a decision has been reached regarding the TOC the form will be returned to the advisor. The student should receive a copy of the form and another copy should be sent to EPS for imaging to the student record.

Approved TOC forms will also be emailed to deqc@nova.edu to have approved credits applied to record. Once applied to a learner record the advisor will also need to complete a SHADEGR Degree Conferral form to have the TOC included on the degree sequence being sought.
