In an effort to maintain effective communication within the office and with our students please email the Associate Director of Student Success the names of students who you have requested to return your call via the front desk. The practice of the front desk is to verify if a student has an appointment scheduled before placing the call to the advisor. If an appointment is not indicated on your calendar the student will be directed to the advisors voice mail.

If you are expecting a return call, please provide the name of the student to Associate Director of Student Success via an email (and the Assistant Director of Advising) so that Associate Director of Student Success may compile a list of names and provided the information to the front desk. This way the student will not experience any undue frustration and will be directed to you in the appropriate manner.
