This is to be referenced and provided to former students at the outset - at the point they inquire about readmission - prior to actual composition and submission of their written request.
Per standard procedure, petitions should be addressed to Steve Harvey or Walt Moore respectively, but submitted to Admissions initially to insure the necessary application has been received and file data is updated prior to administrative review.
