Processing Drop/Withdrawals

Academic advisors should use the date the drop/withdrawal request was submitted when processing drop or withdrawal requests. To change the date of processing on the record you will select the date field in the upper right hand area after you enter the N# and before you control page down.

EX: If the student sent the request January 1, 2010, and you are processing on January 4, 2010 - you should enter 01-Jan-2010 in the date field.

This is very important in order to assure that financial aid is returned in the appropriate amount.
