Huizenga Office of Academic Advising Staff who are Huizenga Students
- All registration activity and any activity pertaining to your student record must be facilitated by a member of the Office of Academic Advising management team.
**Examples of activities include populating pre- and co-requisite courses, posting of transfer credits, overrides, rate codes, major/program/campus, registrations via STF, etc.
Huizenga Office of Academic Advising staff who are students in other schools/colleges within NSU:
- All registration activity and any activity pertaining to your student record must be facilitated by an academic advisor or authorized representative of the student’s school/college.

Under no circumstances should an academic advisor modify his/her own student record. Further, advisors are responsible for the ethical access and modification of other employees’ student records, and are expected to uphold the same standards and policies as for all students.
