Walk-in Advising Queue

The following settings must be made when using Internet Explore so that your computer will interface with the walk-in queue.

Step One: From the top menu in Internet Explorer, select Tools and then Internet Options (the bottom option in the list).

Step Two: On the window that pops up, in the Browsing history section, select Settings.

Step Three: Check the top radio button, Every time I visit the webpage.

Step Four: Hit OK to close the two open windows. Restarting Internet Explorer is not required.
