Skills Inventory Survey

Directions:This is a voluntary and confidential survey. Your name is not recorded and you can quit the survey at any time.

The Style Inventory survey instrument (provided by Peter G. Northouse, 2010, pp. 65-66) can be used to create a management skills profile. Read each item carefully and decide the extent to which the item describes you. Indicate your response to each item by circling one of the five numbers to the right of each item. The results clarify a person's natural tendencies toward various management skills. There are no right or wrong answers'so be honest. The results will be provided to you once you finish and submit the survey.
